Our trained wait staff works as a "team". They want to make your event special and work hard to accomplish that. Many of our staff have been with us through college and after graduation. Our members enjoy seeing them return in the summer .
Wedding and Special Event Information
Lincoln Hills offers the finest wedding, and party setting in our four county area of Western Michigan. We offer complete party planning and assistance for your special events. Our service and dining offerings will be tailored to your requests. We can provide you with a portable dance floor, indoor and outdoor bars, and a customized room set up to offer flexibility for your event.
Buffet and plate-style menu selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner are available for small and large groups. Menus can be sent out via email as an attachment. Lincoln Hills is perfect for business meetings in private rooms. We can offer different types of appetizer, meal and refreshment services and of course, recreational team building activities.
Lincoln Hills has parking for 220 cars. We have two drop off areas for the handicapped person or the older adult who doesn't want to walk too far. Designated parking spaces reserved for handicapped are well marked.
Room Rental for your event includes the set up of tables, chairs, all china, glassware, and silverware. Lincoln Hills also provides standard white table cloths and the napkin color of your choice. Rental items such as chairs or glassware can be brought in by prior arrangement.
We have a Wedding and Special Occasion photo book that is available in the Pro Shop for anyone to look through. A prospective bride or anyone planning an event will find decorating ideas and color schemes that have worked well in the past. Lincoln Hills can also provide a vendor list for your personal use.
The Spring and Fall (our shoulder seasons) are wonderful times to have your event at Lincoln Hills. Summer weekends book quickly for weddings as does the month of December for holiday celebrations. This past February (2012) a lovely wedding took place at the club. It was a winter wonderland outside on the golf course and a warm and wonderful reception for 280 people took place inside. Everyone had a memorable time, including the LH staff.
